Who we are
Veverius is the trading name of VEVERIUS S.R.L., company number (IDNO) 1022600030602, registered at MD-2068, str. Miron Costin 22, Chișinău, Moldova. Contact: office@veverius.com, +373 67 666 292. Registered on 21 July 2022. VAT code 0612221. Administrator: Maxim Caduc.
Veverius is an intermediary. We find and check a source, and we introduce the buyer and the supplier. The sale contract is signed between the two of them. We are not a party to it. We do not hold client funds, and the money for the goods never passes through us.
What we don’t do
- No gold, diamonds or precious metals.
- No cryptocurrency.
- No broker chains. We work with the end buyer, or their agent with written authority, and with the producer, the owner, or their authorised distributor. If you cannot name the buyer under a confidentiality agreement, we cannot help.
- No sanctioned parties, goods or destinations. No military goods, and no dual-use goods without a licence.
- No buying, reselling or stock. We are never a party to your sales contract.
- No handling of the money for the goods. We are not an escrow or a payment agent.
- No guarantees of quality, delivery or solvency. We check with reasonable care and tell you what we checked and what we did not.
- No legal, customs or tax advice. We will point you to people who give it.
- No search without a specification, a quantity, a destination and a named buyer.
Sanctions and compliance policy
What we check
We check every party to a deal: the buyer, the supplier and, where we can, the carrier and the bank. For each one we look at:
- the company registration and the authority of the person who signs;
- the beneficial owner — who owns or controls the company;
- the EU, UN and US sanctions lists — for the company, its directors and its owners;
- the goods, against the lists of restricted and dual-use goods;
- the route — origin, transit and destination — and the risk of re-export;
- an end-user declaration, where the goods or the route call for one.
We repeat the checks before the contract is signed and before our commission is paid, because the lists change.
What we exclude
- No parties, goods of origin, or destinations in Russia or Belarus.
- Nobody on the EU, UN or US sanctions lists, and no company owned or controlled by such a person.
- No military goods.
- No dual-use goods without a licence.
Why we speak Russian
We speak Russian because it is a working language of business in Moldova, the Caucasus and Central Asia. For those routes we also check the risk of re-export and may ask for an end-user declaration. If a request looks like a way around a restriction, we decline it.
Our right to decline
We may decline a request without giving a reason. We may also withdraw from an engagement at any stage if a compliance risk appears. [The wording of this policy and its alignment with Moldovan and EU rules are to be confirmed by sanctions counsel.]
How the engagement works
- One written agreement. Before we name a supplier, we sign one intermediary agreement with you. It covers confidentiality, non-circumvention for a limited period, and our commission.
- Anonymised offers first. You receive up to three comparable offers without the suppliers’ names. We name the supplier after you choose an offer in writing.
- You sign with the supplier. Directly, at the supplier’s price. We add no markup.
- Commission only when the deal closes. No retainer, no search fee, no deposit.
- One declared payer. The agreement states who pays the commission. Both sides know it in advance.
The agreement itself sets the rate and the other terms. You receive the full text before you sign anything.

This website gives general information about Veverius. It is not an offer and it creates no contract. Sending a request does not oblige you, or us, to anything. Nothing on this site is legal, customs, tax or financial advice. We keep the content accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or current at every moment.
