Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is VEVERIUS S.R.L., company number (IDNO) 1022600030602, registered at MD-2068, str. Miron Costin 22, Chișinău, Moldova. For any question about your data, write to office@veverius.com.

What we collect
Only what you enter in the request form:
- the text of your request;
- who is buying — your company as the end buyer, or you acting for the buyer;
- your name;
- your company and country;
- your work email;
- an attachment, if you choose to add one;
- the language of the page you used.
Nothing else. We do not ask for a date of birth or identity documents, and we do not store your IP address with the request.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To assess and answer your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
- To verify the buyer and screen against sanctions lists. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in working only with real, lawful parties.
The tick-box under the form confirms that you agree to our using these details to reply to your request. It is not consent to marketing. We send no newsletters.
Who processes the data for us
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — delivers the request form to our mailbox as an email, including any attachment. It keeps submissions for up to 30 days and does not keep attachments.
- Our email provider — the mailbox where requests arrive and from which we reply.
- Our static hosting provider — [name to be completed]. It serves the pages and may keep standard technical server logs.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Safeguards for such transfers: [to be confirmed by counsel].
We do not sell data. We never share a request with suppliers in a way that identifies the buyer before an agreement is signed.
How long we keep it
- Requests we declined, or that went unanswered: 12 months, then deleted.
- Requests that became an engagement: for the statutory period for keeping business files.

Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, for a copy, for correction or deletion, and for restriction of its use. You can also object to its use. One email to office@veverius.com is enough. We reply within [one month — to be confirmed by counsel].
You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. In Moldova this is the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP). If you live in the EU, it is the authority in your country.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies and no analytics cookies. It has no advertising pixels and no embedded third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server. That is why you see no cookie banner.
